Taking Rugs on Approval

We strongly encourage our customers to try the rugs at home before they buy. Whether it is 1 or 4 rugs we want you to see them in your home. Sometimes you will need to see them overnight or wait a few days for your friends opinion's. If you can't manage to transport the rugs home yourself, we will deliver them to your home and show them to you under the furniture.

We will bring rugs to most any town within 3-4 hours of State College. That means for over 70 years we have been servicing towns such as Bradford, St Marys, Johnstown, Dubios, Mechaniscburg, Williamsport, and Lewisburg. We have taken rugs to customer's homes in Connecticut, Maryland, New York, Virginia, and West Virginia. We also pick up and deliver cleaning in all of these towns.

Returns

Because of our Approval Policy above, we rarely have any returns. Perhaps, we have one return every two years. For those who would like to know our return policy, we have provided it below.

Rugs Purchased from Our In-store Inventory

Within 4 weeks of the date of purchase, you can return the rug for a full refund assuming the rug has no damage or shows no wear from use.

Between 4 and 12 weeks from the date of purchase, you can return the rug for a store credit assuming the rug has no damage or shows no wear from use.

After 12 weeks from the date of purchase, we will evaluate the rug and try to find a solution that will make the customer happy.

Many times we take a customer's rug back in-trade for another purchase or offer to sell the rug on consignment.

Within 4 weeks of the date of purchase, if the rug has no damage or shows no wear from use, a Special Order Purchase can be returned for store credit.

After 4 weeks from the date of purchase, Special Order Purchases can not be returned

Rugs Purchased on Sale

All sales are final for rugs discounted during a sale. These rugs have their prices marked in red.
